Refunds, Cancellations, and OMAG’s RIGHT OF SELECTION

• Sponsorship requests will be reviewed for approval by OMAG, and registration and payment on this page is not a guarantee of sponsorship. OMAG reserves the right to decline sponsorship for any or no reason. Sponsors should contact OMAG at itsupport@omag.org prior to submission if there is any question or concern.

• Cancellations of a sponsorship later than 30 days prior to the event will result in no refund. Likewise, failure to show to the event does not warrant any refund.

• OMAG reserves the right to decline transference of sponsorships to partners, subsidiaries, or parent corporations or entities.

• Refunds for sponsorships that are cancelled for any reason, including by OMAG, may be subject to cancellation fees to include, but not be limited to, any credit card processing or merchant fees borne by OMAG. This amount will be less any refund due to the sponsor.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:

• Sponsors are required to provide a door prize with a minimum fair market value of $50 for distribution through raffle at the event to the attendees. The OMAG IT Expo Committee reserves the right to refuse a raffle item or dictate the manner in which raffle winners may be selected at the time of the event.

• Sponsors will be provided an address they can ship items to (boxes of printed literature, equipment, etc.) prior to the event if desired.

• Sponsors are expected to have expo booth setup complete prior to attendee registration and breakfast at 8:00 A.M. Prior day setup will be allowed in the afternoon and sponsors are encouraged to use this time.

• OMAG reserves the right to select presentation topics and sponsors for content, applicability, and appropriateness.

• Sponsor agress to hold harmless OMAG, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, suits, or causes of action of any kind brought by, or in favor of Sponrors, their agents, employees, or third parties, arising from OMAG’s performance under the agreement.

• OMAG’s liability to sponsor for any damages arising from the performance of this agreement shall be limited to the sum total cost of Sponsors fees.

• Any claims, disputes, or litigation relating to the solicitation, or the execution, interpretation, performance, or enforcement of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Venue for any action, claim, dispute, or litigation relating in any way to the Service, this agreement, or any contract shall be in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Attendee Privacy:

• Attendees may opt-out to having their contact information, name, address, email address, phone numbers, and other information shared with sponsors. Sponsorship of this event is not a guarantee that sponsors will be provided lists or spreadsheets of contact information for any or all attendees. Sponsors are encouraged to make personal contacts with attendees during the event to receive contact information. OMAG reserves the right to withhold lists of attendee names and contact information from any or all sponsors for any reason.

• Sponsors are not entitled to privacy or confidentiality of any copyrighted material, trade secrets, pricing information, patents, marketing information, customer lists, prospects, or any other confidential information presented during the event, including during break-out sessions, discussions during networking events, in the Expo hall at sponsor booths, or via programs, printed material, signage, or fliers. All presentations are being conducted in a public forum. No sponsor may request that any other sponsor or any attendee leave their session or not attend.
