OMAG is committed to preserving the privacy of visitors to its websites. OMAG websites provide information to and from OMAG members, claimants, members of the public, and others. 

Information Collection 

OMAG is the sole owner of information collected on OMAG websites. OMAG collects information from users at several different points on our websites.  

Personal Information 

OMAG collects personal information from its websites only for the purposes of filing and managing claims (e.g., via online claim forms), communications requests, subscriptions to mailing lists, and other online forms. Claim forms may contain personally identifiable information such as name, home address, and other PII. Communications requests, subscriptions to mailing lists, and others may contain email addresses, names, and other contact information. OMAG utilizes third parties for some of these services, but they are the only third parties that have access to this data. OMAG does not allow these services to sell this data and this data is stored securely.  

Cookies 

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  

Log Files 

Like most standard Web sites, we use logs. These log files include the Internet protocol address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. Log file entries are analyzed individually to diagnose problems. They are used in aggregate to analyze website usage, to determine what pages are most and least popular, and to eliminate errors. OMAG’s website is hosted on Squarespace which has its own log files and data collections, but this data is the property of OMAG. These are shared with Google Analytics to improve our search results and log traffic for reporting to improve our site and understand usage trends and popular pages, and to improve our services.

Though we strive to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose any and all information collected by this website when requested by a law enforcement agency as part of an investigation or when required to by law. The records of this website, as with any other municipal government records, are subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act.

OMAG Portal/Member Dashboard 

The OMAG Member Dashboard is a hosted web application provided by Origami Risk, that allows users to create profiles to log in and view information, submit change requests and claims via online forms, and others.
