Stewardship Report
OMAG is not just an insurance company competing for your business – we are a public entity risk pool owned and governed by the cities and towns we serve. By working together, we help municipalities manage risk, protect public resources, and support public safety. Within this report you will see data that reflects our collaboration over the past year. You will also see a snapshot of coverage, claims, and participation by your staff in key trainings offered by OMAG. Based on this data you may want to encourage greater participation in our no-cost training activities and value-added services, like the Employee Assistance Program, Lexipol law enforcement policy manuals, or the various sanitary sewer remediation resources we provide. On behalf of our Board of Trustees and staff, we look forward to working together and being there when you need us most.
*It's important to note that while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data and financial information presented in the stewardship report, variations may occur due to factors beyond our control. With contributions from over 500 municipalities, the complexity of claims related to liability, property, and cyber incidents can sometimes lead to discrepancies or challenges in data aggregation and analysis. Municipalities are encouraged to reach out to their designated OMAG Insurance Services Contact noted at the bottom of your Stewardship Report (Insurance Services) for any questions, clarifications, or concerns regarding the report, as your feedback and insights are vital in continuously improving the accuracy and usefulness of the information provided.
