The Oklahoma Open Records Act addresses specific law enforcement records that are required to be released to the public. This course was designed to provide law enforcement agencies a better understanding of the Open Records Act. The information included in this course has been gathered from various materials which have proved beneficial to many officers.
This course is being offered twice. Participants can choose between a morning or afternoon session. The course is approved for 4 hours of continuing education credit by CLEET. There is no cost to attend the course. It will be held September 29, 2016 at the Enid Police Department Training Room, 301 W. Owen K.
